Row-reduced echelon form is the best :)

Too bad 90% of everything else in linear algebra is unfun because it's taught super unintuitively

Nothing about matrices is fun

i really wish linear algebra, and even probability, were taught with a more geometric perspective

Nobody has ever looked at a 6x6 or higher matrix and went "Oh yes! This will be so much fun to reduce to rref"

its fun when it clicks in your head

I know how to find derrivatives and shi. Am i set for life?

3Blue1Brown's "Essence of linear algebra" series is genuinely the only reason I could ever do anything in linear algebra. Highly recommend if you haven't seen it yet

oh good. you'll love 6x6 matrix determinants then!

Like the function/equation for the slope of a function?

Its part of my calc class idk

Also i googled a matrix rref and that shi looks useless as fuuuuuuu

that series was genuinely eye-opening on lin alg. like i understood the calculations and shit but the geometric intuition is such a better explanation for the stuff you learn

majority of the time teachers will give you a high dimension matrix just for it to have a row or column with a lot of 0s

it is now a habit for me to watch a 3blue1brown vid for intuition, then go back to the textbook and solve the more difficult examples/problems

exactly like this guy is so good at making intuitive explanations for mathematics

linear algebra is cool when they actually show you vectors representing the matrices and shi
I didn't have that luck
