it will give you a small boost to performance (strength, endurance) which can help you train a little harder/heavier. it's not a wonder drug it wont do anything crazy but it will help a little

it also will not make you bald and any bloating will likely fade on its own after a few days

Its like a performance enhancer. You need to keep taking it, the moment u stop taking it you will see the loss of performance, cognitive abilites and muscle mass. I have been taking it on and off for 3 years now and evertyime i am off creatine I lose a certain amount of muscle mass due to the water retention of muscles. Basically creatine helps ur muscle store more water/fluid and forces the muscle fibres to grow and expand and eventually get stronger but once u get off creatine that too stops.

Yeah these guys are nerds.. Let me be a homie and educate you... If you already think you are in peak shape in your current physique then go for creatine.. it will boost your already pre existing muscle fibres to go beyond... like all might.. Dont take creatine if you are just a beginner or been like in the gym for like 6 to 12 months.. Now after all if you take creatine .. do it in a cycle but i personally took it after 2 years coz i wasnt seeing any growth.. i became swole and i stopped taking it and now i feel a bit more better.. but during my 6 months cycle i could push past my sets and do supersets consistently.

its just a supplement that will primarily help muscle endurance and can make your muscles look bigger cuz there will be more water in there. so if you notice a drop off towards the end of your workouts which happens especially if u train to failure like you should. there will be less of a drop off. all the stuff about increased brain function could be true but will likely be way too little to notice and mostly placebo.
