How much does warming up actually help

I’m ass 3 99/100 peak and I’ve never warmed up once in my life, I’ve aim trained on aimlabs when I was like silver-gold but that’s about it
Besides that I just log on the game and play
Have felt like I can be extremely inconsistent sometimes, I feel like a god for 2 weeks then I feel like a gold for the next two

just do whatever mode you find fun, when i still played id queue tdm's but later they got kinda sloppy, not sure if thats still the case but i say give it a try

Do jumping jacks for like 30 seconds and do some arm stretches. Personally I just queue a dm or 2 and try to practice good gunfight hygiene and not rush my shots

A couple simple stretches, ca. 3mins in the range with neon and Jett just moving and knives, 2 -3dm’s and that’s it

It doesn’t have to be fixed ; just something to get raring to go

I still have some sort of aversion to warming up though, I guess my mind just hates the idea of me taking the game seriously, it just becomes a horrible experience when I start caring about wins and losses
