The situation is so weird because it seemed like it was jerwin. Then a leak came out which said it was still tenz 100% if riot accepted/tenz dropped a sponsor or something. then it was jerwin. Did sentinel and tenz agent leak the riot thing to put public pressure on riot and I guess that didn’t work. So they went with jerwin or was it something else

At this point idek, Its hard to believe TenZ would give up the money hes making (via game sponsors) to play again.
Just gotta wait and see the actual SEN announcement atp.

I think its just riot prob didn't want to change the rule since 2027 is where they can overhaul a lot of their contractual stuff and where a lot of riot things reset for franchising. Cause if TenZ is only signing fore a year for example for 2026 I doubt they will want to bend the rule for 2026 and TenZ leave 2027 anyways.

Riot said No to TenZ probably and then TenZ thought about if he wanted to drop his sponsors just to play again and he thought nah not worth it. So SEN was like well we need a 5th soon so we can scrim, so they decided on Jerrwin. Honestly it makes sense if TenZ actually got signed then I don't think he would go to Santiago to watch party because SEN needs to scrim and being gone for a week of scrims isn't good for the team.
