They can play in 2nd qualifiers I think. As they played in closed qualifier 1, they will automatically qualify. If not as Vitality and Guild gonna make into Challengers 1, 2 spots will be free. And some of the teams who got registered will be disqualified for different reasons. And VRL is also there. So I'm not sure what will happen
