Is it 2pm or 3pm rn bro. My pc says 3 but phone says 2 and the clocks say 1pm bro im lost pls help

Wasn’t the daylight saving ending this week at some point

I’m west coast all my internet devices say 11 am but wall clock says 10 am so I guess we moved time already.
