she wasn't a big problem end of last year until they hard nerfed all the agents, NS ran Neon last year with not much success

overall there's a problem with how much more impactful duelist kits are than other agents the fact that on haven its more worth to play phoenix than a senti speaks volumes

what if neons e charge works something like how astra stars work, divide the whole bar into 5/4 divisions your can only use one division at a time
