Lewn is better than Marteen on all duelist agents except Yoru — Marteen is the best in the world on Yoru right now.
When Riot nerfs Yoru and he falls out of the meta, we won’t see big moments for Marteen or Lovers Rock anymore… at least until he gets buffed again.

well he can perma bait bipo on m8, but he was the entry and mostly solo duelist on kc. when avez played raze a few times and he was 2nd duel baiter he did well. this meta suits him heavily
