not sure but ion is on loan to envy so he wouldn’t go unless he qualified with SRB
pretty sure they can play in the regional playoffs but not champs because its in china

As a result, teams who qualify with players under the age of 18 may need to adjust their rosters for Champions."
Per the VCT roaster ruleset all active players from a team must be 18 y.o. at the start of a VCT event to be eligible. So i think that the t2 ruleset gets overrun by the VCT one. At least thats what I understand from the documents.
