hes a great player litterally got axed
i don't agree i get that sen was disfunctional but imo he didn't even look that good in t2 and he was playing in cubert aca and even with chet m80 and overall 3 yrs in pro play alr i don't think there's much to learn for him and his skill ceeling aint that high
the person i feel the worst for is n4rrate. he played great on initiator last year, just to be put on a role he's clearly not suited for, and because of it hes seemingly getting cut.

he used to be a duelist when he first showed himself that's part of the reason he landed the big opportunities that landed him in sen... I don't think he is trash but clearly has mentality issues not fit for trying to reach the peak very tiltable and in and out in form

yeah man i think he was the best fade in the world last year

1 or 2 agents is not enough neither fade or his skye were or are meta only 1 map maybe pushing it with 2

and there are way better sova players... n4 used to be very good on duelist i very much disagree and dislike the notion of him supposedly being off role truth is sen was just very disfunctional and kaplan brought no innovation thru his whole sen stint

Which is why Kaplan deserves all the hate.
actually rob was pretty nice when talking about kyu. He said it was unfair for him to have those expectations put on him coming in as a rookie when he has a established tourney winning igl on his team.
He also said Kyu can be great in the future and can be an IGL that wins internationals, but John brings in more experience now and will put the team in a more win-now position.
this is a very fair point imo.

felt like all Sen did with kaplan was trying to imitate the best teams they didn't have their own style or identity like back in their glory days

Yes, and I'd love to see him back on that role and find success, but Sova is almost always meta and I'm not really sure how good he'd be on that. Zekken being the best Sova on SEN when we had 3 people who play initiators was also not ideal I think
i kinda wanted him to get dropped so narrate could be on a more comfortable role nothing against him tho hes solid

I honestly think a duelist should never be the IGL unless he's one of the best in the world i think it's just about what it takes to be a good duelist u have to have an ego meanwhile an igl needs to have a sacrificial way of thinking what's best for the team and winning rounds not what's best for my chance to kill and/or have a good kda

Johnqt was literally a T2 IGL and won a title instantly. Kyu was not a good IGL
