Hi, not a pro player but I know some regulations and some parts of the sporting world (not sure what applies to Valorant in particular but the basics I can say)

You can go pro (in T1 at least) in Valorant once you get immortal (minimum rank requirement) and (Tier 1 exclusive) reached the minimum age requirement of 18
You can get onto a team via. Tryouts or scouting

The minimum rank requirement doesn't apply to coaches

That's how you usually get picked up by a team
