Can some1 explain

I was doing my ordinary daily bingewatching primmie videos and stumbled upon ts clip

https://youtu.be/Lr4BRYb1LQ8?si=_B7grpHOCqUB--s-&t=29

On his 3rd kill (on the ressed clove) we can see that he is, while holding the angle, starting to already aim before the enemy even peeks. It looks like hes posessed and idk what his thought process exactly is.

First of all why does he move his crosshair instead of just holding a prefixed angle? This clearly indicates that the way he puts his crosshair is dependent on something, but i cant place what it is. Is it audio? And if so, how does audio correlate in how far to hold?

Can somebody with extremely high iq explain?

EDIT:
BTW i already asked this exact question more than a year ago but i just felt like asking again maybe for other answers and i also found this example in particular to be interesting.

Audio
The clove as you can notice is running(after all 10s timer for certain death)
And primmie knows that the most likely angle the clove would peek is towards mound because that is where most people retreat to. He knows his position is unknown.
AND he also is aware of angle advantage meaning that the clove would've stuck to the far wall for angle advantage peeking into it.
Hence why he takes the peek knowing the clove is off guard, essentially a free kill

(And plus a nice addition. The gekko is on b and making noise, so we know that he's retreated, and made noise in said retreat, either by door or by going through mound and to B)

Yes but all of this information is fixed, its not like dependent on anything its all already predetermined, so why does he go from holding tight initially to then holding far? Couldnt he have held far to begin with? And i dont think he was like "wait im holding the wrong angle" and then changed his crosshair placement because he goes like in a continuous linear motion with his mouse as if he is basing it off of something, instead of a rapid just change in crosshair (Ive watched like genuinely hundreds of hours of his gameplay and i know that when changing the crosshair placement he does it quickly but in this instance he doesnt again as if hes doing it dependent on something)

Yes but notice how the first shots clove shot was while clove was not making any footsteps. If clove continued like that, she’s not full swinging she’s likely to clear every angle tightly.

He held tight initially cuz how the clove played (clearing every angle slowly and shifting)

Then once clove started running and making noise he held wider

hm okay i couldnt really hear that because of the loudd music but i guess that makes sense. Still kinda confused on why he does this weird linear motion still instead of rapid motions but maybe #4 is correct hat hes just bored? idk

#4 is not correct.

Your answer is pretty good but still i dont understand the motion particulary he does. Because i think like:
Enemy peek tight? Hold tight
Enemy peek wide? Hold wide

So if the x axis is like A B C D E
he should go from E to A immediately
But instead he does like this linear motion where goes E D C B A
am i making sense?

he's just having fun 😭 it's satisfying to tap the guy as you're adjusting preaim / doing a predictive move

but your old thread is really cool, primmie is such a beast

I mean yeah but still it just looks interesting to me and i was curious to know as to why, im eager to learn

Also thanks and i agree primmie is so tuff

Because it’s not 100% certain clove is going to continue to wide swing

It’s a small area
She could stop wide swinging

Which she did

Then primmie got the timing and swung

This is what i call “dynamic crosshair placement”

Basically changing how wide or tight u hold an angle based on the enemy’s footsteps and the specific situation ur in

For example (Running footsteps + rushing) = hold wider

He’s predicting how the enemy clove will peek

if you're talking about the small left to right, it's nothing deep he's just bored while holding

kind of similar to some oppers fiddling their aim around a little while holding - it keeps a sense of your sens while you're holding. u dont need to be rock steady while playing ranked

Probably was audio, heard the clove coming and was basically trying to kickstart his reaction process while also having his crosshair in a wide enough spot in case he was cleared. That's why he peeked himself once he saw the tip of clove's gun barrel. KangKang does the same thing a lot (he'll do small back and forth movements with an op), but he does it without any cues. It's essentially a way for aimers to keep their reaction/muscle memory process engaged. It's hard to stay posted on an angle for a prolonged period and still have heightened reactions.
