Medium spiceness take here but hardware bans should be the new normal for anyone trolling a competitive game in any fps game. People are way too comfortable with being able to get off scot free without any real consequences. Like the moment someone says they are trolling the game on purpose and actively don’t do anything to help the team, boom, instantly hardware banned for a week at the very least. Same thing with people who disconnect, I know some people are gonna be like “omg but what happens if it wasn’t my fault and my internet cut out or smth blah blah blah” then of course if you have proof of it happening then you can dispute the ban but then again you shouldn’t be q’ing with terrible internet in the first place.
This would reduce the amount of trolling in every fps game, valorant especially, and just makes it so people who are miserable and troll on purpose or have such a fragile ego are dealt actual punishments (not this like 15 min q ban)
