Retract shouldne be a signature ability

lightspeed should be a signature ability and should regen after 2 kills.
While she ults, she should get the retract ability activated and gun accuracy should be increased.
no lol, she has clear weaknesses and clear strengths. kind of bullshit sometimes but which agent isnt?
Weakness that is very easily patched by another init or duelist.
Which makes her feel broken
"easily patched" and its using up an entire agent slot. double duelist is just meta right now, its not waylay's fault. Yoru is the problem.
