tldr simon got complacent AFTER champs and crashed out when confronted about it, then got kicked.
we cant really confirm anything the players said, but it seems that simon got really complacent after champs. as a team manager, this is not a good thing to see, so aqua decided to bench simon for someone with better work ethic. the team/players said that he sometimes didnt even show up to practice, and when he did, he just scrolled on his phone without really playing. when confronted about it, he bashed his teammates (presumably for not playing well, but at least they were trying to improve. could be for not taking prac seriously, but he wasnt at some of them so he wouldnt know). this is not a good thing to see either, because it would cause team tension. hence simon was kicked.
in the twitter page, they ask why simon was picked to start in the first place. theyre missing that, as mentioned by aqua, these problems only started after champs. there probably wasnt enough time to find a sub before bangkok if they wanted to (visas + they didnt know who else would make it), and maybe they thought they could fix his issues.
Well aqua refused to check the cctv
Which showed S1mon practicing more than anyone else
the team/players said that he sometimes didn't even show up to practice, and when he did, he just scrolled on his phone without really playing.
s1mon only nit-picking the ones where he did show up, refuse to acknowledge the ones he DIDN'T SHOW UP. He was trying to shift the topic of his wrong doings. Refute responsibility.
Its sad to see that things supposed to work out then it starts crumbling it out which is similar to prx that they bench patmen out too.
I would tend to side with the players and coaches who were there but who really knows
