If any of those 3 could afford to be the 4th best player on an international grand final or international winning team, they all would’ve won an event already. Team achievements mean way different things depending on said team’s hierarchy. Stop comparing stars to supports
Crashies doesn’t have a single intl event comparable to Trent’s Bangkok or Riens’ champs 2024
in 2025, the hierarchy was objectively just:
Kaajak > Alfajer > Chronicle > Crashies > Boaster
ye but that changed based on the tournament cuz of Kaajak/Alfa's inconsistency (at different tournaments, Alfa/Chron/Kaajak were all #1 and sometimes Crashies would be in top 3).

Mada lacks consistency, his peaks are really high and comparable to any other great duelist or better

I’d personally put both Keiko and skuba over mada but I have to admit that I could be underrating mada bc of how bad his champs performance was
i would argue that his champs performance was good until he faced mibr and fnc twice. and you stated those were among the best duelists in the world. he did very good in group stage. and it isn't a fluke that he has the most aces in vct while only being there for one year. I would say that mada and brawk are the star players of NRG while skuba and keiko are the more grounded players.

Again comparing stats inflated by playing on winning teams with winning players to worse team outcomes that trent has experienced. The only time Crashies has been in Trent’s position was 2021 (no intls qualified till yay and Marved joined) and arguably 2024 (no intls qualified, no one was sure he was going to be in franchising ever again after his 2024)
Time for you to read the title again.
You can compare the tournaments that crashies and Trent placed similarly and you’d see that crashies performed better (except Bangkok/toronto ofc)

So you think rn, if Verno were to perform worse than how Mazino is currently performing, they’d still maybe win an event? I don’t think that’s completely out of question, but it’s unlikely
Absolutely, Mazino is playing incredibly right now, he's always been heavily underrated.
It’s not even in Riens’ capacity to be a role player. You could make him play the exact same way as Crashies and he would still have greater output by virtue of just being better in every aspect of Valorant
