I'll leave out flex players as I'm only talking about duels.

AMERICAS:
1 - Aspas
2 - Mada
3 - Kenzit (I'm also surprised)

EMEA:
1 - Lovers Rock
2 - Marteen
3 - Larok

APAC:
1 - Primmie
2 - Dambi
3 - Texture

CHINA:
1 - Rarga
2 - Splash
3 - f4ngeer

Note: It's obviously difficult to get a true average due to the difference in rounds played, but these are the stats so far. EMEA honestly surprised me quite a bit.
