how do i stop lying
i automatically respond with loes whenever i talk to people unintentionally to flow the conversation
i feel like its bcuz i suck at communicating and i have nothing to draw from
its only ever small lies that wouldnt hurt anyone but its still betraying trust

first it sounds like you notice when it happens, thats a first step
i’d say: actively practice not lying in those conversations is the best way to do it. dont beat yourself up every time you do lie, start just by aiming for lying less
People lie all the time so i dont think you should be worried. If someone claim that they do not lie they are weirdo.
I mean I don’t lie in everyday conversations just for the sake of keeping the conversation going and I try to be honest whenever possible…
being honest isn't the way to go. In this society you either wear a mask or you will be outcast
Same man I have a problem of lying all the time in conversation, in part because I've mostly w*rked in customer service where I felt like I needed to please people
Lately tho I try to just be 100% honest even when it's rude and just not gaf I'm so tired
