how come no one is talking about how split 2 regular stage will have very low stakes? EVERY team will move on to either play-ins or playoffs, even if you finish dead last and go 0-5 in your group

Playin is such an long and exaustive stage
play-ins still matter bc if u flop in play-ins then ur season is DONE/in jeopardy depending on champs points accumulated throughout the season
honestly it is shit for viewing but from a competitive standpoint its pretty good so im not gonna bother complaining
I agree, every trashes group stage because of its lack of stakes and how slow it is but I think it's great to have this kind of even here and there, it allows for different teams who evolve more slowly to take their time and change a lot from one week to another, and it leaves way more time for antistratting and working on your own stuff
