to sum it up:
a guy who plays marvel rivals, got drafted in a 40k dollar tournament as like the rank 1 dps player, wanted their other 200 ping dps player who only plays 1 character (black widow) to swap to a different character because the enemy comp will counter her. The guy really wanted to win so he could help pay off his college debt.
his teammates and captain basically told him no, he got upset because he was hard carrying and losing. then the black widow mains boyfriend reported kingsman for being too toxic, and he got kicked off the team.
he's 100% in the right unless he actually said some insane shit to his teammates
the worst he said like "200 ping is a no no", "200 ping is going to be a problem" and like shouting "RIGHT NOW, DO YOU UNDERSTAND? YES IT IS, HOW DO YOU NOT SEE THE PROBLEM RIGHT NOW."
absolutely not in the wrong, if i had a chance to pay off my college debt and it got sold by a cognitively limited zellsis-worded teammate i would be absolutely livid. The fact that he got punished for it too is insane
Its honestly just an issue of 1 man vs 3 women who will defend eachother no matter what happens, bro was just tryna win to pay off college tuition and they think a widow with 170 ping is in the right because shes a woman and woman cannot stand for a second a man talking somewhat bad about another woman, and he wasnt even talking bad about her.
imo it was less a sexist thing and more like classism thing, where they are more privilaged than him, and bullied him for it

I mean yeah he did literally nothing wrong. Whole situation just makes literally everyone else look bad.

he played a tournament with 40k on the line (being a broke college student) with an otp on ping who was inting and refusing to swap, while his whole team bullied him for taking the game seriously
even then he carried them, played the game as a team player and has gone as far as to condemn any hate send towards them and didnt insulted them (something his former teammates havent done at all)
