has announced that their full roster is set to miss their first Kickoff match on Jan. 16 due to visa delays. In their stead, The organization will field a substitute lineup consisting of Juan "NagZ"

González, and Benjamin "benG"
Hidalgo from their academy roster, KRÜ Spark, along with Philip "infiltrator"
Nguyen and Peter "Governor"
No from Winthrop University. The team will be coached by KRÜ Spark head coach Bastián "bione"

At the time of writing, KRÜ has not provided an estimate as to when their main roster will be able to play, only confirming that the substitute roster will take the stage in their first match against FURIA. “We are continuing to work diligently and submitting all required documentation to resolve this situation and have our main roster available for upcoming matches, regardless of the result of this first game,” the team explained. “We hope to share further updates in the coming days.”
NagZ and mta have previously represented KRÜ in VCT Americas, with NagZ being part of the team from 2021 through 2023 and mta playing for the squad in 2023 and 2024. Among the other players standing in, both benG and infiltrator will make their VCT debuts in the upcoming match; while Governor has previously played in both VCT Pacific and VCT EMEA, this will also be his debut in VCT Americas.
