I don't think that it's about comeptition, but talent for a low price. The salaries are low, the rent is cheap food is cheap, eletric energy is cheap, they could actually build a team capable of competing to win champions while paying them 1/4 of what they would have to pay in EU.

yeah agreed, but sacys stats are insane, and chronicles is playing way more agents and not that good on sova as sacy utility wise

Agreed, Chronicles has an insane aim and a great notion of the whole game, you could put him to play other agents and he won't lose those, but sacy as a sova is way above, but not in game notion as chronicles.
