Fuck i pressed 10.

One of the main factors is to convince every parents in that region that esports player is a viable career path.

Wasnt' it sometime ago I saw a reel of a news comparing what kids wanted to be in Japan compared to the US. And Japanese kids put esports pro at top5.

kids never had rights to talk about what they want to be with their parents and kids tend to become more realistic as they get older so meh

Also Japanese work culture probably also deters people from doing exports, people don't really have the time to train esports

well not really theres reason why japan have spot on football basketball tennis baseball and other major sports they simply dgaf bout esports theres no youth system to be build around those esports when other sports are hyped from the start of junior club and have insane number and passion on highschool matches

Just as hard to get a sports career as an esports career, plus for most small sports you pretty much don’t make money.

problem is that people simply dont care about esports as a whole sure its bigger than small sports like idk cricket is small but no one cares about esports maybe as a streaming event yes but no one are willing to actually become pro

If you are only talking about esports players then probably not, but if you are talking about the industry as a whole maybe.

not really, industry itself is very limited but money it self are good cuz japanese still enjoy classical music and so on so theres demand for it

Japan is one of the biggest music markets in the world and you can always go abroad as a musician. Plenty of small gigs and teaching positions available for violinists.

It will take a lot of time still. Even then I don't see esports reach big sports level popularity ever at least for this century. It's a niche thing in majority of the world currently. Accessibility aspect with esports is also harder than sports cause of the need for devices and stuff. Currently esports is like at the level of sports in only south Korea. It has a long way to go still worldwide.
