Harbor buffs are massive, the stun nade felt really weak because it slowed for so short of a time and now it (+the ult) should be way more consistent
Small Vyse buff is nice, still made they took away the indication of hitting a flash
Breach technically got buffed but it's not particularly meaningful
Tejo is really interesting, more of a power redistribution that overall nerfs him slightly but makes him better in more specific scenarios (flushing people out of cover)
Bandit is wild, is this a better sheriff for 200 less? Could see a Bandit + 1 piece of cheap util become the meta on pistol rounds
Breeze total overhaul, let's see if this actually fixes the main issues people have with the map
