Poor country. Alot of people can't afford laptop/pc for gaming. Although mobile scene is big, but gaming is seen more as a hobby than career.

Besides, Indian parents have obsession with engineering and doctors. Every year 3.5m students appear for 2 clg entrance exam for engineering and medical alone, that's roughly the population of uruguay
