i was once going gym and was constantly aimming better now uni is closed and i cant hit gym so my muscle are losing and out aimmed is this placebo or actually true if so should i have gym membership?

I mean not like I’m good at the game either way but if you train underarms or biceps or triceps or sometimes even chest it can feel very fking weird to aim and leads to me missing more shots

thats probably muscle constantly responding faster no? the gap of ur body response leads to miss shots or maybe the way i aim cuz i hard grip mouse that i crack the outershell of mouse a lot
