I think its kind of important because if its getting super high viewership when its Eu vs Eu then that's really good for the game because Eu gets really low viewership. But ur right like there is so many threads on it

Fans who are oddly insecure about if a game is good or not, thinking the companies care as much as them.

Yes no matter how big valorant gets, it can never be a true tier 1 esport like free fire (5.2 mil) tough luck

This doesn't indicate anything, chat is talking about nothing but drops. Viewership is inflated af rn.

Well, if it didnt hit over a million I think people would of felt like Champions failed or something. IDK lol... There's so many other metrics that this game is succeeding in so... I guess it's the fact CSGO got 2.7M but, that major was a damn love story to Na'Vi & s1mple + 2 year hiatus. Valorant is still growing and Im sure sometime in the future this game will have its own s1mple storyline, etc.

Anyways, Im just babbling... Great first map

It's a fun stat. It's also a form of validation. And finally, it's a way to see if an esport is growing or stagnating. Not the best way IMO, but the best one currently available.

if you mean cs pros so i have to say there is no reason for cs pros to switch to a game that already has its stars except they have no future in cs

i think we passed that thing. Current cs go players wouldnt be as good as current valorant players in this game imo. They played cs go so much they cant keep up the mechanics of valorant

Insecurity ofc,

CSGO twice as insecure lol... The number of threads there is ridiculous. Either way, both communities will get along eventually since neither is going anywhere. LoL & Dota2 all over again...

Yea but 15 indians are equal to 1 european when it comes to potential revenue/spending on a game.
