Duelist or Sentinel
Duelist, you just can’t be an effective duelist without good aim. Sentinel is the second most mechanically important role tho
depends on the type of duelists
i’d argue dives don’t need as much raw aim as secondary duelists because their roles are fundamentally different
To be a good dive duelist you need good mechanics. There aren’t any exceptions to this. You simply can’t consistently get entries without good aim. Secondary duelists also need good mechanics.
good aim (getting your one) and excellent aim (gridshot clips) are different, i’d argue dives only need the former while secs should have the latter as much as possible
on average? i'd say duelist 100 percent, jst cuz u can make sentinel work with subpar aim with gud lurks and timings (inspire, fns etc), but u can't do the same with duelists or u basically get insta dropped within a few games
i think sentinel suits more cuz then they get to shine solely based on aim, but duelist is the most demanding/gruelling role and in general the best mechanical player is your star player so teams tend to put them on duelist
Senti, because imo duelist is pretty reliant on both their own and other agents util to effectively fulfill their role rather than just aim, while Senti is just place your util and then shoot the enemy.
Definitely duelist. You need a lot more game sense to play sentinel effectively and as a duelist you’re going to utilize all of your mechanics more. Sentinel is mostly just aim
