I'm washed since I've got injured but people there are always willing to help.

All I can say is go easy on your legs. Twice a week with moderate weight is enough even if your legs don't hurt the next day.

You can get rhabdo (just stay away from crossfit, your chances of getting it will increase a lot)

In my case, I got tendonitis on my left knee and haven't got it fixed yet

jeff nippard and sean nalewanyj are goated

routine = push pull legs are probably the most common but i've seen a lot of upper lower and upper lower push pull legs

what you do in the gym depends on the kind of goals you want to achieve though so there's no real blanket advice i can give you besides: stay consistent, eat well, and sleep well

If can go per week:
2/3 days full body
4 days upper lower
5 days push pull legs upper lower
6 days push pull legs
7 days don't
Keep high intensity and low volume

Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Shoulder
Friday - Arms(Bicep & Tricep)
Saturday - Legs

As you are just starting work every muscle individually like this atleast for 3-4 months.
As said by archtype #9 follow Jeff Nippard he does most effective and efficient beginner friendly exercises.

Also friendly advice, during the 1st month you would feel some amount of fatigue depending on your natural strength and genetics. Also never get discouraged by seeing others remember they were you at some point of time.
Hope you be sucessful and most importantly enjoy your journey brother.

As for Diet I was really fat like 101kg(222lbs) amount of fat and I got leaner so I wont be able to give you any personal advice on diet but you can check out r/bodybuilding and r/gainit
