lakia probably cant roleswap off initator so ash has to move off
karon plays sentinel and viper a lot in ranked so he will be comfortable on it
ash probably had the choice of either smokes or sentinel and he chose smokes
They should have made him flex double duelist but whatever, I think they will upgrade him if they can
