GC players that could actually play in T1/T2.

Not saying Dodonut isn’t good, but part of why she performed well is because she’s being feed with solid utils within the structure that SR's core already established. For example, a mid player like Narrate would probably look great on a well organized team like Fnatic or G2, but wouldn’t be able to carry teams like 2G or C9. To me, a top-tier player is someone who can perform no matter what team they're on whether how good or bad. while Dodonut has done a really nice job stepping into florescent’s role, she’s just not quite at flor’s level yet.

If we're talking mechanically, Bob is prolly the closest to Flor.

Many people said Mel has T1/T2 quality, Gamesense and understanding sure, mechanically, not even close.

only Sarah/dodonut/akita have the mechanics to keep up in tier 2

daiki is the best gamesense wise in GC

I think a lot of individual GC players could do well in T2 (just generally not teams as whole)

Definitely not the most stand out player in Americas. Trent/Verno/eeiu/Brawk are better than him.

his agent pool is weird he is good at Fade and Tejo but shit at sova(in internationals)
he is good at gekko , skye and breach but cant play kayo to save hus life
he is good at jett , raze and neon but cant play yoru and waylay
he is okay at omen like has a good ceiling but a very low floor
he should not be playing senti cuz he is an aggro player
so ya

Now that he is duelist, where do you rank him in Americas? Not even close to the top

like that depends on the setup if he is setup to get kills i can see him being top 3 in americas easily but if he is the bait ya he will be mid of the pack or lower

Can be an option in Mid/Lower teams. However, don't think hes the top choice for the contenders.

no way N4RRATE is better than aspas, jawg, oxy, sato, mada, dgzin or keznit based on what weve seen. Timotino/cane/Alym probably will end up being better too and even Dante could come out better in his sophomore year

Based on what we seen in his rookie year playing duelist, he has top 3 potential

His aggro jawgemo like playstyle alone makes him a valuable duelist and when he's comfortable he will be very dangerous

bro I think excpet for aspas and Oxy alll the other duelists are off a very similar skill lvl

Like it depends on the team how they setup their duelists and that truely affects their performance its upto sen how they set him up honestly he was one of the best players in NA tier 2 he was arguably the best flex player in EMEA . Last year besides kickoff he was insane domestically and in Toronto and was their best player in Bangkok so ya .

think sarah is the most prepared from SRG. she seems to have the mental strenght and focus other GC players lack

also been saying forever daiki would do well in T2 specially with the lack of good IGLS on BR scene

Yeah. Daiki's stats is impressive, especially as an IGL

A lot of them can tbh getting into tier 2 isn't that hard with the right resources the talent has always been there

Indivually sure. As a team not at all, SR/TL/Mibr has competed in multiple challengers and has found little to no success.

Yeah I do mean individually the teams will not find success until there's enough experience and that takes a while

Individual players can and have the potential to do really well in tier 2. We've seen it with Bob, and in fact with florescent in tier 1.

Players like daiki, Vania, Bizerra, Noia and dodonut have immense potential

Yeah. Vania's stats has been really impressive. Really wonder how she hard carried almost every game.

Had this discussion yesterday and I’ll say the same thing summed up. The BEST GCC team of the last 2 years moved to T2 and was getting clapped around. I think certain players COULD make it but it would HAVE to be a literal PERFECT team. You look and think oh it’s just a game but people have to be pretty good friends outside the game aswell if u want to actually win. Teams have issues no matter what so if u bring someone in who POTENTIALLY could cause more issues (If MIBR wanted to pair zekken with his GF on MIBR with aspas they easily could’ve signed noia. They didn’t because if zekken and asaps disagree have a fight and she automatically takes Zekkens side because they’re dating) life goes on after the game. Not all pros are professional. I think with the RIGHT COACH and players it COULD happen but unlikely. Even if u don’t like what I have to say u still cannot say you don’t see the point or don’t believe it could happen. Did anyone see what happened with GE coach? With Flor or Talon? No. Because stuff HAPPENS.

what you said they get clapped around by tier 2 then give an example of an above average gc player playing tier 1. Instead, make it make sense? nobody in gc skill wise can play in tier 1 unless you're flor and some of the top ones can play in tier 2 but even then theyd not be top players just middling the pack

And i will copy paste my reply to you yesterday xD

This really is the most damnig. Evidence imo. I kept an eye on SRG throughout the season for this very reason. Curiosity at how the reigning gc champs would fare in t2 since we always get the same discourse about "how could these players not get picked up" etcetcetc. They did abysmally in tier 2 and even more so, you cant make the argument about being out of form or something because concurrent to getting smacked around in t2 they were crushing the GC circuit. These players arent in t1 or t2 for any reason other than that they're not good enough. Maybe some individuals would do ok but the gap in skill wasn't even close. And this was just t2 regular season. Not even a tourney w the best of
