The core of PCIFIC Espor PCIFIC Espor Europe Rank #53 has been together for two years now, first rising out of Premier in 2024. They immediately took Challengers Turkey by storm, winning the league and placing second at Ascension.

In 2025, the team remained mostly the same, save for the addition of Crewen. PCIFIC partnered with BBL as an affiliate team, taking up the moniker of BBL PCIFIC, and dominated EMEA the whole year. They won all three splits of Challengers Turkey, as well as the inaugural VCT EMEA Challengers, and were clear favorites to win Ascension. However, star duelist ComeBack 's departure to join Gentle Mates Gentle Mates Europe Rank #135 starxo Patryk Kopczynski bipo Taranvir Singh marteen Martin Pátek GLYPH Conner Garcia Minny Patrik Hušek midway through the season threw a wrench in those plans. Luckily, lovers rock was able to come in and fill ComeBack's shoes, and BBL PCIFIC cruised through Ascension to earn their spot in VCT.

While this roster ascended with PCIFIC, they will now compete in VCT with BBL, who will retain none of their players from 2025. Much controversy arose from this news when it was first reported, given the two organization's partnership throughout the season. However, Daniel Ringland, head of esports in EMEA, confirmed in a statement that there was “no wrongdoing by either BBL or PCIFIC”.

With PCIFIC's roster now at BBL, the Ascension team will be forced to start from scratch to field a brand new roster for their VCT EMEA debut.
