When you win a worlds with t1, nobody even cares that you won worlds, they just care that faker won his 6th, you constantly live in his shadow. This is very similar to what the C9 players will go through in 2026, as when they win all 3 events, everybody will praise Zellsis. He will then win all 3 events in 2027 too.

2022 lck regular season mvp, best support 2023 worlds while oner was 3rd best, keria was better spring 2023, and was about even 2023 summer and worlds (although oner was more clutch) and keria was even or better for most of 2024 and 2025.
Again not saying oner is bad or anything but Keria has been by far the best support itw in the last 3 years, while oner has been consistently top 3 in his role but often overshadowed by other junglers like canyon especially during the regular season.

The difference is that faker is T1 and T1 is faker they are pretty much synonymous. While C9 is nepotism, with a side of screwing over players, making shit roster moves, and choking in regional playoffs.
