skye: bring back rechargable flash but make the flashes shootable (hitbox slightly bigger than bird model)
tejo: make his missiles and stun swap their functions (tejo missiles stun and the special delivery drops a damaging AOE for every bounce, now the stunning missiles are the rechargables)
kayo: make his knife do a static reveal for every enemy suppressed

if the kayo knife static reveals, the range of it HAVE to be lowered down or else he'll become hard meta and he's not really an agent fun to play against so both the competitive and VCT alongside casual players are going to be mad about this fs

i mean its nearly the same as a tejo drone just harder to destroy
i think it static revealing suppressed util (like cypher trips and kj util) through walls would be good instead of revealing players no?
