So you can play in gcc highest tier at 14 or 16 but can't play in vct tier 1 until you are 18? Why are gc players allowed to play so young? Like they have to travel around I am pretty sure.

NVM she is actually 16, as for the gc players being allowed to play so young, the LAN events are only hosted within a month so they have no problems with that, actually it's just like cs tournaments, most of it is online
