the rule is because if a tournament is hosted in specific countries where they don't qualify for the minimum legal working age, they're fucked, so eh not dumbfuck

EMEA is hosted in germany, in which the min age is 18, so in fairness between regions, i think that's okay

the regional splits are the issue because of how long they take, you just can't get a temp visa if you're underage unlike games like cs where a tournament is like a month max

in europe 15 16 year olds can play for professional football teams i don't see why they can't play VIDEO GAMES for an esports team.

There must be associations for esports to work with organisations to ensure terms like limiting training hours, school attendance, and other teenagers' basic rights, so its just a lot of legal stuffs to go through
