This guy is a spanish caster, he is just saying and showing how vanity used the techical pause to put his setup on A and then go to B to use his ultimate, when in normal time conditions is just imposible.

Not exactly saying he asked the pause to do that, he says he did it during the pause which is different. The pause did affect but it doesn’t necessarily have to be intentional
