  1. Errors appear in DNA
  2. Gene expression goes awry.
  3. Proteins become less stable and accurate in their roles.
  4. Cells don't die when they're supposed to.
  5. The body's energy production machinery malfunctions.
  6. Metabolism can become imbalanced.
  7. Tissues stop getting fixed and renewed.
  8. Cells become bad at communicating with one another.

These are the resons why humans age.
Hiko is human.
As he has lived for a long time, these problems have started which is result makes him age and is now considered OLD.

But is he human? He is famously associated with the phrase "inhuman reactions", meaning he might not be. If he is not human, why is he old?

He is a mutant actully.
His gameplay's are of a inhuman
unfortunately his body is of a human, that's why sometimes he is bad as his body can't keep up with is inhuman self. (@queueK this should answer your question)

Hiko asks himself the same question every day. Then he clutches a 1v4 in ranked and types in all chat, "31 btw" and all is good again.
