So, i came across a guy in ranked who in second half started throwing neon utilities on me and my teammates, started reveleaing our positions and blocked our vision, stunned us, so on and so forth.
We still kept the fight and took the match to OT.
In the first OT round he ran away with the spike not letting us plant and kept stunning us and giving away our positions. Same for 2nd OT round also.
At last we lost the match 12-14.

He was also so toxic making rape threats and rasicst and sexist comments.

What does riot do here, the rest 4 of us reported him.

What kind of ban does he get? A mere 48 hrs ban or what?? and is that enough??
