emea ascension had tommitch and panpoc casting the games btw
apac had komodo, conky, quack which were all t1 casters at some point
why cant americas just do the same

Because America has a fetish for pushing bad female talent for the sake of diversity. Like, I have worked with 5-6 female casters who are waaay better then her so its not a talent issue. Its literally just sex appeal.
