no hate but im just so confused if everyone praises him so much why cant he find a stable org. like surely if he were that integral to a teams win they would keep him but every team lets him go. idk just something to think about

ACs are just very expendable, orgs would rather spend the money to keep players and head coaches rather than the 2nd or 3rd coach

he was like their third coach + resigning basically all of the G2 is probably expensive + being virtual for most of the year probably just didn't work in anderzz favor to stay.

I might be hallucinating but I def feel like G2 had praise for anderzz this year despite their results, if he committed to being fully in person he'd probably get way more offers + secure positions lowk
