Is it just a cultural thing? Every esports that i follow i see that the NA players are willing to stream a lot and put a lot of effort to their stream, but the EU players stream a lot less, and usually prefer gameplay over stream quality

nah ur not wrong, i've seen the same thing across other games as well, not just valorant. Na players in general stream a lot more, and have bigger fanbases for that reason
