What is your opinions on this? Personally I think Masters Bangkok GF>Champions Paris GF>=Masters Toronto GF

This is purely based on how much fun it was to watch the GF and how close/high stakes every map in the match was. Overall very good year for tournaments but personally toronto and paris were the same hype and fun to watch but T1 vs G2 was fucking insane

T1 v G2 was insane. The other 2 were great too, but if we talk about the whole tournament, then champs overall gave us too many bangers, the groups were almost perfect and nothing disappointed till top 4.

If so Master Bangkok GF > Masters Toronto GF > Champs GF

Personally, I just didn't like the amount of like blowout maps for champs this year. I find it so much more fun when the maps are super competitive and when it can go both ways. This may have been bias, but watching PRX play is so much more fun. I respect NRG for their playstyle, but its just not the most entertaining. Also I enjoyed Toronto's storyline a lot more with the PRX train and PRX finally wining a trophy after years of choking. Champs this year was alright like it would've been so much better if FNC just didnt get destroyed map 3. Bangkok is just not even a question, probably best GF oat.

This champs grandfinals is on par with lock in imo

Lock-in best thing was it's final map and loud loosing ascent to fnc. Otherwise other maps were very 1 sided. Prx vs fnc and t1 vs g2 were more fun
Even spg vs boom was more fun than both lockin and champs paris.

The only thing good about it is FNC comeback on abyss, but overall this GF is very one-sided

T1 vs G2 map 4 and map 5 were fucking cinema. Those two maps were nailbiting to the edges of everyone’s seats. Imagine the champs prx vs g2 match but it was in a grandfinal. every fucking round going back and forth with miracle clutches and standout rounds for everyone. That T1 masters win was the most deserved shit anyone has won

This year, for me Paris, it was such a rollercoaster. But I'm biased since i didn't care much of T1 or G2, but yeah that was a banger match too.

Of all time 2022 Istanbul LOUD vs OPTIC imo

3-1 finals feel sorta lame imo. Yeah the storylines carried that champs gf but the 4th map really wasnt even close (pancada and less prime was scary to watch)

Abyss wasn't close enough? If not for kk guardian clutch in eco round it would for sure have gone ot. And it was 13-9 still. Momentum is arguably the most important thing in val. And we got that smoggy defuse fail round top at like 0.12 second. That map was cinema the moment 2nd half started from nobody 4k.

Also it's just opinion which is the best yapping aside.

11-3 comeback was great for the final map to end the reverse sweep. The other maps werent very notable tho which is why I would beg to disagree

But the final map matter most at the end of the day. That hurt the 25 GF. Sunset was nothing.

bangkok is pretty obv
theres no way you dont rate that 11-1 comeback especially considering fnatic played pretty embarrassingly bad until that point. Their mental was 100% shattered and they still pulled it off.
even though I support PRX and I'll always remember that final. I kinda had a feeling they'd win it pretty convincingly. They had the best map pool in the tournament + map pick bans.
