Altho this guy has made some terrible roster decisions should never be given a 6-man roster ever again and has denied drx making it further in the past and probably much more.
He is insane at adapting he always knows whats meta rn and drx has great scouting.
More importantly whenever drx actually make changes (comp and player wise which happens a lot) hes great at getting them up to a good level which is a big strength

and even after that he kept asstrella over beyn
asstrella was mid on RRQ and a bad IGL while beyn is one of the most clutch and impactful players

tbf, estrella took over the IGLing for the team when Flashback was out. And Flashback only came back a few days b4 stage 2. The logical answer at the time was to not change IGL. In hindsight however, it was the wrong decision.

subbing out beyn for strella indeed mindboggling but other than that flashback is the one who fucked them up with the sudden leave, estrella was just a panic buy from drx, they have no choice

There are teams with potential like edg or t1 that would cry of happiness if they got a coach as good as termi. People don't realize that majority of the coaching staff in vct are frauds. It's funny when they say termi is the worst coach lol.
