He might, they have a solid core of him verno and cortezia there not to mention coach frod as well( frod was the loud 2022 coach )

Heretics Aspas, G2 Aspas, BBL Aspas are 3 best options if he wants to change a team, all 3 have very weak duelists and he'll elevate them massively.

2023 LOUD coach* Bzka was the 2022 LOUD coach. but yeah they have a really solid core, and fr0d is an insane coach.

Chemistry matters a lot as well. If artzin can fix up a couple of things and is consistent he's perfect for the team. Xenom will be better next time I hope.
