The meaning of KEKW is relatively simple, people use it on Twitch and other platforms mainly when they want to express a laugh, similar to LUL or OMEGALUL. The name KEKW, on the other hand, can be traced back to the fact that "KEK" is the Korean variant of "LOL", so it is also used for virtual laughter.
