Groups are tough for RRQ and T1. But sliggy did say he favours T1 to make it out of that group and sideshow predicts RRQ to make it out too. It’s not like that are in unison saying pacific teams won’t make it out. DRX, they are just happy to be here.

Well i don't know about that but there's no one who could have predicted that champs run from EDG, they had abysmal performance at both madrid and shanghai. But at the very least they were consistently the best team in CN. This year they have had there struggles after kickoff and it's hard to back them given they have struggled to be the best in CN.

I swear a thread like this pops up every international. I guarantee everyone here on this website has had some absolute horrid takes here and there. Valorant is just a hard game to predict, EMEA imo is the only region with a THEORETICAL stable play style. China lacks alot of fundamentally but it still translates to wins like EDG champs. Pacific is the most random, some games BEST ITW, other games ass. In practice and in game are just very different.

Look, imma keep it buck. Before champs 2024 if someone said edg will win champs and was serious about, they just didnt understand enough valorant for them to be right. Sliggy said the same about T1 and bangkok. If someone went and said that T1 will win bangkok they justs didnt know how the game works and or are probably bronze. The thing is, at these events everybody in those teams had their individual peaks and thats how they won. Saying china wont do much at champs isnt a wrong or racist take. It is a seemingly for now a very correct understanding of the level of competition in china compared to the other regions. Not knowing ball doesnt have anything to do with it
