In kickoff, liquid faced bbl in lowers, it was map 3 and bbl were up 10-6 on split , liquid comes back and wins 10-13 on split to eliminate bbl. Even if bbl didn't make masters here, winning this game would have gotten them at minimum one point.
In stage 1 in group stage as well liquid won a game against bbl, which could have gotten them one more point. In playoffs liquid and bbl game was the decider for final masters team, map 1 haven bbl was up 10-6 they lose an anti eco to allow liquid back in the game, 10-7 bbl threw a 4v2 to allow liquid to 10-8 , however even then bbl go up 11-8 , but liquid came back to win 11-13. Liquid qualify and bbl eliminated.
In stage 2, playoffs liquid again face bbl, on map 3 bind, bbl are up 11-9 , they lose a 2v1 to trexx to allow liquid to survive. They eventually get up to 12-11 however nats scores an ace to get to overtime allowing liquid to win and bbl are in lowers with their mental wrecked.
Now remember those two instances if bbl scored that one point from kickoff and one point from beating liquid in group stage, they would be at 14 points the same points as heretics and according to EMEA rules they would have qualified over heretics for champs.
Damn they genuinely got completely wrecked solely by liquid in their entire season throughout . And the funny thing is if u think abt it the only time liquid allowed bbl to go through was for EWC which kinda benefited liquid to have a longer break and get a better map pool and more practice time while in a way wrecking bbl as they had to play ewc with the older map pool and maybe reducing the time to get atleast their bind and lotus sorted out and also EWC ended up giving less time to bbl to practice with the new maps
