Well soccer has been around for more than a century now. Considering valorant is 5 years old, 100T did win the 1st strike and since then it’s all promise promise and prematurely choking. Even players leave united and become better at other teams and win trophies. Ethan left 100T and became world champion. Vise versa top talents join United and suddenly forget how to kick a ball. Boostio was a shell of himself at 100t. I don’t want 100t to be like man utd but I see the pattern.

First things first, Get a Head coach.

Before even discussing who needs to be off the team. Drop the bag on a proven coach and let them decide what’s the starting roster they want and move along that way. And all the role transitions for existing players.

i got three different rosters:

My favorite rebuild:
infiltrator, Asuna, eeiu, zander, NiSMO
Coaching: Warbirds and Zikz
Explaination: infiltrator is unproven t2 viet talent that has the stats to back him up and can play the agents that asuna or cryo cant play. The M80 chemistry between eeiu, zander and NiSMO can work wonders. Asuna will be goatsuna.

Rebuild thats balanced:
Cryo, Vora, eeiu, zander, seven
Coaching: ???
Explaination: Idrk coaches that well. Cryo is most likely going to stay, and fans really want Asuna gone, Kess is likely not getting resigned. Vora and seven are great replacements and Asuna can go to NRG and win champs.

Crazy but realistic:
canezerra, Asuna, eeiu, zander, Cryo
Coaching: ???
Explaination: Some things kind of just have to go perfect, canezerra needs to be a cheap contract and Cryo needs to learn how to play the sentinel role.
