Its hard for young radiants to get notice, i becomes even hard if your from EU. Ranked is just full of crypto throwers and cheaters so its hard for a enspering young player to go pro. Any suggestions? (sorry my english is bad)

prolly just play cs fpl seasons until u get picked by a team, then make the switch to valorant because u get more attention that way.

have a outstanding tracker, post lfts regurlarly, have all the important infos in the lft and post good clips on ur twitter, for young players its even easier to get into a vrc team and from there u rank by either getting picked or ranking up with ur team also im a scout with some connections so if u want, u can send me ur twitter and I can see if I can help u

Your best shot as an amateur to get noticed is to

  • Compete in Tier 2-3 competition constantly (Community, 3rd party & Premier)
  • Stream your ranked gameplay if you're top 30 in your region (Add delay)
  • Apply for VCT academy team
  • Be friends with Tier 2 / 1 pros, build a healthy connection with the pros and maintain a good reputation with them in order to be called up for a trial

Edit : Everyone has to start somewhere as an amateur, not everyone gets into a tier 1 team immediately, it's best if you form a roster on your own and compete in every tournament you can to gain the experience you need, so when the opportunity comes you can handle it better

iirc Sin Prisa Gaming(now Nongshim Redforce) was a premier team, and they won all the way to tier1

They are not newbies to the competitive scene, the group of players in SPG were actively competing in T2 Pacific for years

Oh okay. So, they were T2 players --> Premier --> Back to T2 --> Tier1?
Also, another question, do Premier winners get invitation to tier 2?
